Here it is cut by the studio that produced the record, which already knows where the drums drop out and which bar earns the wide shot.
Videos are shot in and around Rome — the studio itself, the city, or a location that suits the song. Performance, narrative, or something closer to a visual mood piece. What it should be is decided from the track, not from a package.
The producer already knows where the song opens up. That is where the video should too.

Can you make a video for a song you did not produce?
Yes. It helps to have produced it, but a finished master and a conversation about the song get to the same place.
